The role
We are a young company, strongly focused on innovation, new product development and new technologies. We help businesses and public administrations digitise and optimise their processes through new technologies, in particular the Odoo ERP. We are part of the group that, alongside Meshble, runs the Seedble and blendX brands.
We are looking for someone passionate about accounting and technology, eager to learn about and contribute to the development and implementation of digital accounting systems, working across numbers, technology and process automation.
You are the right person to start your journey with us if you:
- have a degree in economics and know the principles of general accounting and double-entry bookkeeping;
- are not afraid of learning to configure and optimise management software (ERP), understanding data integration logic and using technology to remove manual, repetitive work;
- like understanding how information flows in a company, spotting bottlenecks and thinking about how to speed up reporting and data analysis;
- are excited to suggest small improvements and work actively with the team to solve everyday challenges;
- see precision and attention to detail as the basics: process innovation demands the utmost rigour, so that accounting data in the systems is always clean, traceable and accurate.
What you will do
- Support with the implementation, configuration and optimisation of ERP systems
- Mapping accounting flows to find opportunities for automation and digitisation
- Support in building dashboards for accounting and financial reporting and data analysis
What we are looking for
- Degree in economics
- Knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
- Passion for technology and a digital mindset
- Analytical attitude and curiosity about processes
- Proactivity
- Precision and attention to detail
